Frequently Asked Questions

The long dry season (June–October) is peak for game viewing on both circuits; the Jan–Feb calving window is excellent in the southern Serengeti.

January–February and June–October are the two strong windows; avoid April–May (long rains). Time your summit night near a full moon if you can.

The long rains (March–May) — road and camp closures on the Southern Circuit, rough seas on Zanzibar. Lush and cheap, but real tradeoffs.
