Safari-TZ is a Tanzania-focused travel brand built on more than 30 years of tourism experience and deep, first-hand knowledge of Tanzania. The Safari-TZ story began with Andry Wolfgang, an Austrian-born tourism professional, explorer, and experienced travel consultant. He introduced the Safari-Tanzanzibar brand, drawing on his extensive experience with international travellers and his long-standing partnership with Africa Travel Bureau. Over the years, Andry has been involved in planning and coordinating more than 1,000 successful trips in Tanzania, gaining extensive knowledge of the country’s national parks, wildlife areas, mountain routes, lodges, camps, beaches, guides, and local tourism services.

As the brand evolved, Safari-Tanzanzibar became Safari-TZ, reflecting a more focused identity dedicated to Tanzania as a destination. In 2024, as part of the parent company’s strategy to establish a stronger presence in key African destinations, Safari-TZ was formally registered and established in Tanzania, with its offices based in Arusha, the gateway to Tanzania’s northern safari circuit. With its own dedicated digital booking platform and website, Safari-TZ combines international tourism experience with a strong, Tanzania-based presence.
