How much is a Tanzania safari package?
Per person, two sharing, as our tour pages read on 25 October 2026: from $99 for a day trip. The middle price is $1,319 for 3 days, $1,749 for 5 days, $2,309 for 7 days and $4,004 for 10 days or longer. The dearest is $7,840. International flights are not included.
Are flights included in Tanzania safari packages?
International flights are never in our prices: you book them yourself. 30 of our 192 packages list the flights inside Tanzania as included, and their cards say "flights included". On any other package, ask us what an internal flight would add.
What is the best Tanzania safari package for a first trip?
Seven days on the northern circuit gives time for Tarangire, the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater. We run 14 seven-day packages, $1,400 to $5,335 per person, two sharing; 12 visit all three. Our 7-day Tanzania safari page compares them.
Can I customise a package?
Yes. 191 of our 192 packages are marked customizable on their tour pages. Press "Ask about this" on any card, tell us what to change (days, parks, lodges, start), and we send the new price.
Are your packages private or shared?
188 are private: your own vehicle and driver-guide, on your dates. 4 are shared group camping departures (tours 200, 201, 204 and 205), from $660 per person; each card also shows the solo price. More: join a group safari.
Do you have all-inclusive safari packages?
On our tour pages "included" usually means park fees (178 of 192), a driver-guide (191), meals (189), accommodation (178) and taxes (191). None includes international flights, the visa, travel insurance or tips. Each card links its own list.
Can I combine a safari package with Zanzibar?
Yes. 20 packages include a Zanzibar beach stay (tick "Zanzibar beach" in the filters) and 12 start in Zanzibar. How the two fit together: Zanzibar safari and beach combo.
